These Terms and Conditions govern your use of LeagueHub ("the App"). By logging in and using the App, you agree to these terms.

About the App

LeagueHub is a private, non-commercial tool for the purpose of managing recreational league teams. The App is not affiliated with or endorsed by any league organization.

Access and Eligibility

Access to the App is restricted to current members of the team. Accounts are granted on a limited basis by the site admin. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

By using the App you agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose of team coordination and match management
• Not attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users
• Not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its underlying infrastructure
• Not use the App for any unlawful purpose

SMS Notifications

LeagueHub sends SMS notifications to keep team members informed about match schedules, lineup selections, and RSVP requests. By opting in, you agree to receive automated, non-marketing text messages at the phone number you provided.

• Opt-in: You must explicitly opt in by providing your phone number in Account Settings and replying YES to the confirmation SMS. Consent is not a condition of using the App.
• Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message, or visit our SMS Opt-Out page to unsubscribe. You will receive no further messages from LeagueHub for any team after opting out.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact admin@leaguehub.io.

No marketing or promotional messages will be sent.

Your Data

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how your personal information is collected, used, and stored.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" for personal and recreational use. No guarantees are made regarding uptime, data accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. The team captain is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from use of or inability to use the App.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
